Heavy Heart …

After a week of not eating or drinking, a battery of tests, and a diagnosis that could only be verified by an invasive surgery, I took Cosmo back to the vet Saturday morning for the last time. He was only 8 1/2 years old, and was an excellent companion, and I’m going to miss him terribly.

  2. I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope Cosmo finds my Cody and they can chase rabbits together. You were a good mom and Cosmo had a great life.

  3. Frasier and Maggie Moo are so sorry to hear about Cosmo, but they want me to tell you that he is happily playing with Clover and that he is thankful you did the right thing for him. C & C will be waiting for you to play with them when you join them, but until then they are having a good time and are happy to be together again. Hugs to you.

  4. I have followed your blog off and on over the years and enjoyed it as we have a wonderul black lab mutt in our lives too. Stopped in today to read the sad news – my heart goes out to you for having taken that oh so right but oh so painful decision.

  5. Wow, I’ve been traveling and haven’t checked your blog. Losing both Clover and Cosmo in such a short period of time is so hard.. I hope Augie can help fill that huge hole. Tulip is with them at the bridge waiting for us. Maggie sends her best too.

Please let me know what your decide to do with blogging too.
